Who’s your favourite character in destiny? (Not counting Cayde)
Now that Cayde’s dead I want to see what a lot of people’s second favourite (or if ya weren’t really a fan of Cayde, actual favourite) character is. Despite a lot of them being kinda shallow.
Mine’s gotta be the Drifter, he’s got some of if not the most interesting lore I’ve seen. He’s got a cool character with a ton of mystery shrouding him and his motives and gotta love his abuse of the word brother.

Mara Sov or Mithrax. Xivu Arath/Savathun/Oryx is up there. Quira and Calus are too.

The Iron Lords were cool because of their knight-like qualities. I kinda like all the characters tho tbh.

Petra Venj and Queen Mara Sov have always been my two favortie characters. I haven't read too much lore, (I will eventually), but until then going to stick with my ladies from the Reef!

Unless I'm getting my characters mixed up, Shaxx. He's basically responsible for the City surviving at The Battle of Twilight Gap. There were 5 others with him, but they said he led the counter-offensive, against orders. Plus it's amusing to hear him shouting in Crucible. [i]"This is amazing!" "I can't believe what I'm seeing!" "SEVENTH COLUMN!!!"[/i]

If we're counting in-game? Spider takes the cake. Something about the Jabba the Hut aesthetic, the want for negotiations over warlike traditions- and the really neat character quirk of collecting pre-Golden Age artifacts. In-lore, generally? I'm split between Marcus Ren vs Saint-14. Ren has a lot of personality showing even in just his various written entries throughout the game, plus my Hunter homeboi is also an SRL jockey. Relatable. And Saint-14 wins over my previous choice of Shin Malphur, because he's just badass. If you can rival Chuck Norris I don't think we need to know your personality to call you cool lol
