Made a post on reddit, guardians recommended posting here. How long does a temporary restriction from an activity last? I finally tried to play crucible today to advance my Ace of Spades quest to find that I am temporarily restricted from any and all activities related to Shaxx and the crucible, as well as quest lines that require crucible play. The system I use is an old ps4, and my two roommates and I all play on my account. I'm also looking to find out what caused the restriction as I have not seen any messages noting that I was restricted/banned. I'm not huge on PvP, but the roommates are and if I'm completely restricted from playing crucible for some unknown amount of time due to something that was done on an account we share then I'd like to know so I can resolve the issue in some way (new account for just me/ not doing whatever caused it/ etc.). I'm not disputing the ban! I'm not requesting it be lifted either. I have faith that it happened because the mods are doing their jobs, and something one of the three of us did while playing went against the CoC. I AM requesting to know the why/what that caused the ban so it can be prevented from happening in the future. All I want is a way forward. Thanks for any and all advice!
