does June die in reach (spoiler if not played campaign yet )
i have finished the campaign in reach and i seem to mis if June dies it never shows or tells you because after you give commander keys cortana it shows Emile get stabbed by the elite and then you go get on the mac cannon and help the piller of atom escape.

its impossible that your character survives because cortana or dr hasley says at the end i wish you could of lived to see it so you've got to of died [Edited on 02.09.2011 3:17 PM PST]

she didnt create them she just did bio augmentations on them and chief officer mendez trained them there were other people that helped!!!

I hated Jun. He talked funny and looked like a -blam!-. And Microsoft would probably screw us over and just remakes all of the games playing as Masterchief but you've got Jun covering you. That's right, not only to you get a very annoying cortana, but a weird talking Asian/Russian guy makes it so much worse.

1st: The excerpt at the end of the re-released "Fall of Reach" where the Elite talks about killing the Spartan (Demon) protecting Dr Halsey, this, as has already been said, is talking about Sheila. Not Jun. 2nd: For the people that insist that Jorge is calling Halsey "Mum", as in Mom...The English use the word "Mum" as Ma'am. A maid in England calls the lady of the house "Mum". If you watch a James Bond movie, 007 calls "M" (ya know, the lady who is his boss) "Mum". Jorge (who has an English accent) is saying "Mum" as a sign of respect to Dr Halsey. 3rd: If you pay attention during the cut scene to the markings (ie numbers) on the Pelican that Jun and Halsey get into, it is a different Pelican then the one that ESCORTED the Pelican that Captain Keyes (Captain, not Commander Keyes..that's his daughter) is on.

Showed his death in a cutscene Also, I do believe that Bungie said a while ago that Reach does not exactly follow the books about Reach. I haven't personally read them, so I wouldn't know, but that's what I remember then saying. @ last post on 10th page: Watch the Oni: Sword Base Campaign Mission end cutscene. On the final mission, 'Lone Wolf', every single Spartan body there is randomly generated. If you play it again, they will look different. EDIT: Oh and just to let you know, it was never shown whether they made it off but, they never died in game. [Edited on 01.19.2011 7:35 PM PST]

I think that if Bungie wanted us to know that Jun was dead, they would tell us instead of screwing us over. Maybe he will appear as a cameo when the master chef returns. Maybe hes on the same planet that the chef lands on in the end of Halo 3?

After the Fall of Reach Halsey got onboard Ascendant Justice/Gettysburg then sedated Spartan 087 Kelly because of her injuries. Then snatched Kelly onboard a retired stealth ship [i]Beatrice[/i] without permission and flew to onyx only with Kelly. It might be possible that she left Jun onboard Ascendant Justice/Gettysburg... My theory may be true or not.

Halo: Ghosts of Onyx ring-a-bell? or battle of the Earth as John's old spartan squad was there so Jun could be there but somewhere else than Mombasa?

Jun doesn't die because ge goes with Dr. Halsey to protect her and since she made it out alive I'm pretty sure Jun does. It also nevershowed Jun die.

Theres little doubt that the 2 are refering to the same incident.
