So yeah I was mid match of a decent game of Crimson days, barely won the first round all of a sudden I got a PSN message saying
"AIMBOT OFF OR I DOS YA"
Im like "The heck? I ain't that good at crucible am I?"
Then about a minute later the dude killed me and then I got kicked from D2 and had my internet shut off for a few seconds. Lol. I mean seriously guys, its Crimson days, you don't have to win to get rewards. Calm down and try to find a level of enjoyment in this.
EDIT: So now his guys friend is now sending me PSN messages about my personal info on me and my dad. 0.o like sersiously dude.

Edited by Spawn: 2/15/2018 11:23:54 PMRemoving this thread from the forums. As suggested, If you believe someone is harassing you on PSN/Xbox Live or through Blizzard Services, please report them through the services. In your case it sounds like PSN Reporting is the route to go. Hosting a public thread on the issue here is not something Bungie tolerates.

The guy sounds like a no life bullying dooosh. Report. Mute. Ignore him. People like him crave ANY sort of attention, good or bad. There’s more good people than bad. But when you find a wrong’un - move on.
-
Remember: Threats via PM, including threats of doxing v i o l a t e PSN code of conduct. Get him banned.
-
If you have to cheat to win at anything, then you are a pathetic loser.
So now his guys friend is now sending me PSN messages about my personal info on me and my dad. 0.o like sersiously dude.
That's not only illegal, but against Sony's ToS. Report him.
-
Not surprising, this community is so -blam!-ing toxic.

1 ReplyD1's sole run of crimson days turned into trial-lite pretty quick, and IMO got Icebreaker and Thorn nerfed a full year before they were even infusable.
-
3 RepliesAnyway... there was a time in D1 where I got ddosed 3 times in a week. Not trials, not IB, just normal play. This was right before it started happening a lot in trials. I guess people wanted to test out their newly acquired skills during the week. The replies I got were ”go ahead and report me. Bungie doesn’t care.” He was right.
-
It is Destiny...what do you expect? Hell, they use technical network standards of the 90‘s, of course there will be blatant cheaters/hackers running wild.
-
That's really not fair Bungie should introduce a way for players to just purchase rewards without having to deal with cheaters ! Something preferably through eververse
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
-
2 RepliesDestiny's PvP suffered from similar issues in the original game, with its Trials of Osiris competitive mode being the target of cheaters using DDOS attacks to cause opponents to lag out of their matches, thus granting them an automatic victory. Destiny 2's DDOS attacks have seen cheaters taking advantage of its lack of dedicated servers, making use of its peer-to-peer connecting by finding out their rivals' IP addresses and flooding their connection with packets of useless data, forcing them to be booted off the game. and this community says its youre connection bla bla bla pff this trouble is there from Day 1 Bungie needs to stop this and invest more in servers that are protected against Ddos clowns

Try and get a hold of PSN. Sounds like you got more that just ddosed
-
Easy solution... Report it.... I had a guy message me back in D1 days and say he was the police and he was investigating cyber crime and I was a suspect. I am not that good with computers. I couldn't hack anyone if I tried. I reported him and let xbox live sort it out. Impersonating a police officer is a crime, and so is hacking.

1 ReplyOmfg I wish everyone would stop all the BITCHING AND MOANING. Play something else and leave this garbage to rot! All this game is about is cheating in pvp and a grinding the same thing over and over killing the same enemies over and over to get the same "loot" i.e. sparrows, shaders, ghost shells. Ppl got so many ghost shells and shaders they ran outta room in vault. JUST MOVE ON.
-
3 RepliesYou're lying because it's shut off for 30+ mins not a few secs. But yes, lag switching at least, is rife
-
7 RepliesThe question still remains. Were you using an aimbot? I run into people using them frequently, and a lot of people out there use modded controllers as well including some of your favorite youtubers and streamers. Notice how no matter the circumstances they never miss a head shot.
-
So much less drama with a keyboard and mouse.....
-
Are you serious? Kidding me? For real? Can you believe it? Say it ain’t so! Just look at this! Hang on a second What a minute! This doesn’t add up Somethings up! What’s this? Can you dig it?
-
23 RepliesEveryone needs to calm down. P SN has been acting up for 2 weeks. Friends lists not loading, messages not being sent, etc. I bet this was innocent network problems and you're turning it into a huge thing.
-
9 RepliesIt is illegal and does damage to your modem please call your isp and have them track the responsible IP. Chances are he was not using a VPN. Do your part to stop cyber crime.
-
Cheaters are in full swing, they don't care if they get banned.
-
What do you expect, Bungie has allowed cheaters to dominate trials for years now with little to no repercussion. Naturally, those cheaters are going to migrate to the seasonal event when it means getting to show off their "skills" to a larger crowd. Bungie's security team and the guys who are in charge of investigating reports need to be fired, and that's coming from a guy who 99% of the time is against the idea of people wishing for other people to be fired. They literally do nothing; at least Luke Smith can say he tried, even if that something turned out to be a really bad idea.
-
Edited by Fate: 2/15/2018 9:56:12 PMIf they have personal info on them sounds like it could be somebody you know. Anyway this is illegal and just a real jerk move
-
Bungie's fault for being cheap with their servers. Obviously it's not important to them.
