Basically explains why the game went to shit. They can't take criticism and want everyone to kiss their ass basically.

1 ReplyBecause disgruntled former employees are the best source of unbiased information about a company!

Is that real?

If that's a real employee, this existence is a sad situation...

Edited by Senor Crouch: 11/26/2017 4:29:40 AMForget the next DLC, what's the release date of those upper management and HR hags retirement? I want to plan a clan party for the day we get that expansion! "Darkness Destroyed" DLC. Edit: Hey Bungie Team that is actually on our side! Try to get your strongest and most disciplined of you and see if you can designate those members to "kiss ass" for a few years just to plant some of our team members in the right spots to try and take back the studio from these incompetent snowflakes! Operation Take Back.

It takes a brave company to establish a strong value based culture. If this is true then bungie have a lot of work to do besides the game. The culture of denial is strong here.

1 Replywell no wonder nothing is changing. these dumbasses think they've made Destiny 2 a 10/10 game roflol

Basically explains why the game went to shit. They can't take criticism and want everyone to kiss their ass basically.
Really insightful read. Especially the circlejerk, meetings all the time, we will do better next time but not really part.

Please kick Bungie in the arc
-
Omg that is soo funny

I want my money back bungie!

3 RepliesGreat post. I wonder how valid this . If this is real and people genuinely want to hear from Bungie employees then I say bump this.
-
10 RepliesThis is fake and wish it was funt to read but it's not. Many contradictions for example; HR comes down on you for any joke, then goes to say HR leaves at 4pm everyday and gets nothing done and it's people's livelihoods at stake. Hey I'm all about wanting Destiny series to be amazing but, spreading false information won't get the job done.

5 Repliesi'll just leave this here
-
2 RepliesMy only assumption is that many of you are from playstation and or pc. Bungie has been in turmoil for almost 20 years now

They can't take criticism and want everyone to kiss their ass basically.
So they’re like every child that whines on this forum? 🤔No wonder they don’t bother with it.

Hate this game and have a similar dislike for those responsible, but I’ve read this twice now and I’m calling it fake.

Edited by Gridzzz: 11/26/2017 10:01:02 AMSeems very real with the way he talks about things as if were frustrated . Real to me , and explains why things are the way they are.

Sounds like every IT job out there, from IT Support for private and government contracts through to game development. I'm a service manager and what was described is how every contract is, it all fulls down to the reactive nature that snowflakes are making society to be in terms of the HR comment, one company I worked for made a big song and dance about active inclusion. For resource and especially when that statement mentions Agile, it's all finance and account managers cost cutting. I'm middle management and need more staff but upper management will only act if it hurts there bottom line. Even after that it's useless excuses and think it's more to do with efficencies than actually more people. IT industry as a whole is the modern day work factories of yester year.

Hopefully this drives some of the Higher ups to organize their company a bit.
