Here's the thing that chart doesn't show. This missing piece of info is far more important than how many players logged on. How long did those players play? Did they log in, do a public event, and log off? Did they play a couple matches of Iron Banner, realize there was no point, and turn off the system? We don't know. I ask because that's been my habit when playing the worst sequel in the history of video games. I log in, make some progress toward my milestones, and log off. I play for a few hours a week (except this week, I tried to give the worst Iron Banner a chance, so I played more than this game deserves this week). This was not my habit with Destiny 1. I'd play for 4 hours or more every day. Some days, I'd play for 8 hours! I didn't have to, but I wanted to. It was fun! That sense of fun is totally missing from Destiny 2. It's gone.

Yep. Gone. Sad. Oh btw, we are all on the forums because we are NOT in the game.... but we desperately want to be

  • Exactly. I'm logging on each day, doing the 3 ib challenges for a guardian and getting off for another game, later I go do the ib challenges one a second guardian, maybe a third or get off and then finally log on for the third guardian's ib challenges and log off. I don't play a single match after and if I get my challenge done in the first 2 mins, I don't even finish the match, I log off. Same with milestones, raid, and nf. I would wait for reset in D1. Now, I login when a clan member or friend has a group ready for xyz and if not, I don't login at all.
