Here's the dilemma. Only 3 weeks until D2 drops and my backlog is increasing faster than I can play the games. Please help me prioritize. This is my current pile of shame:

Assassing Creed IV
Assassin's Creed Freedom Cry
Beyond 2 Souls
Broken Age
Everybody's Gone to the Rapture
Day of the Tentacle Remastered
God of War III Remastered
GTAV
Heavy Rain
Hitman Prologue
Lords of the Fallen
Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty
Ratchet and Clank [Completed! Your encouragement is working!]
Resident Evil 20th Anniversary
Shadow Complex Remastered
Stryder
Tearaway Unfolded
TellTale's Game of Thrones
TellTale's the Walking Dead Season 2
[The Swapper, even though it wasn't on the original list. Good game though.]
The Talos Principle
Until Dawn
ZOMBI

1 ReplyDon't buy Destiny 1.5. Problem solved.
-
2 RepliesEdited by brandorobot: 8/17/2017 9:30:51 PMI could definitely beat that if I was at home. A lot are free games I've accumulated through games with gold, etc. But I've bought plenty that were on sale and played for maybe an hour or so. Needless to say I have more than 50% of my 5TB hard drive (around 170+ games last I checcked) filled and I'm sure that I haven't finished most of them.
-
1 ReplyMy backlog is far too long to list :(
-
2 RepliesEdited by Not Sure How I Got Here: 8/17/2017 2:56:21 PMAbzu's a pretty short game, couple hours tops, go with that first. Maybe finish Ratchet and Clank and then go with Heavy Rain afterwards?
I've heard EGTR is pretty subpar, so you might wanna put that off.
-
3 RepliesBroken Age, Strider, and the TellTales are pretty short. You could knock the TellTales out in 1-2 days each, and depending on you skill the others would take 3-5
-
2 RepliesThat's a pretty small backlog. You can possibly knock half of those out in 3 weeks. In comparison to yours, my backlog is a mountain to your anthill.
-
If you've never played God of War 3 then you'd better get on that shit ASAP dude. Phenomenal game in almost every aspect.
-
1 ReplyEdited by chickengoujohn93: 8/16/2017 9:18:13 PMI understand that playing Destiny can compile a huge backlog, however this game has seen some massive content droughts... February 2015 - May 2015 July 2015 - September 2015 December 2015 - April 2016 Late May 2016 - September 2016 Late December 2016 - late March 2017 2nd rotation of Raids in April 2017 - September 2017 (present)

1 ReplyI feel that every gamer worth his/her salt is obliged to play Day of the Tentacle at least once in his/her life. It might not be for everyone but it is one of the clasics.
-
7 RepliesI'm just trying to convince myself to beat andromeda
-
3 RepliesI would ignore Lord's of the Fallen. It's alright. Play Abzu at your leisure, and play some AC IV Black Flag!! It's a great pirate game!!
-
1 ReplyFirst accept the fact that you might never beat some of these games, you'll lift a huge weight off if you just forget about having to finish them. How many games do you play simultaneously? I try to keep it to one single player and one multiplayer game you can get through them faster that way.
-
1 ReplyIgnore lords of the fallen. I played it on xbone when it was free and thought it was a cool style game. Then my cousin told me if I liked that I should play Dark souls. Played all 3 and they were miles better.
-
1 ReplyGTA V. Try the story before you get lost in the online play.
-
Half of them you should just throw away.

4 RepliesEdited by Ninja_Lazer: 8/15/2017 5:08:34 AMAbzu You can do this in a single sitting, if you have nothing to play the night before D2 comes out, I would say give this a go Assassing Creed IV I would hold off for now, as unless you wanna go hard AF, you won't beat it in 3 weeks Assassin's Creed Freedom Cry Haven't played, but if it is similar in length to IV, then hold off Beyond 2 Souls Broken Age Everybody's Gone to the Rapture Day of the Tentacle Remastered Honestly, you can probably pump all of these games out before D2, definitely 3 of the 4. If you are looking to clean up your backlog, this would be my choice, as it will give you a bit of a breather from Action/FPS genres right before D2 God of War III Remastered Pass for now, assuming you played the OG GTAV This will take far too long to beat, pass Heavy Rain You could also include this with the above smaller bundle I suggested Hitman Prologue Lords of the Fallen Not immediate priorities Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty Same as GoW3 Ratchet and Clank (in progress) Resident Evil 20th Anniversary Shadow Complex Remastered Same as GoW3 Stryder Tearaway Unfolded I just wouldn't bother TBH TellTale's Game of Thrones Low priority TellTale's the Walking Dead Season 2 Must play, but not an immediate priority as you are already behind The Talos Principle I would hold off for now, this game won't fill 3 weeks...maybe this and walking dead s2? Until Dawn Dame as Heavy Rain ZOMBI Good time filler, but lower priority overall

2 RepliesYou juggling all that!! I'm overwhelmed with 3 games and you have all that! I don't even know what I can tell you. Take all those games, divide it by the hours you have left and that should give you average hours to play each game. Good luck with that pile!!
-
1 ReplyTell me about it 😒 My backlog is enormous.
-
2 RepliesJudging by your list your back catalogue includes a lot of free PS+ titles, correct? Haha I can tell because I have a lot of the same ones awaiting me in my library as well. Most of the time they aren't games I'd normally buy so I play them at times when I need a break from my usual titles. The Telltale games are great and they won't eat up too much of your time. Plus they're easy Platinum trophies haha. Everybody's Gone to the Rapture is an absolutely fantastic game as well. It's very well written and extremely atmospheric. I loved playing through it twice and getting the Platinum. It's another one that isn't super long (regardless of the walking speed haha). I'd personally start with those but that's just my two cents.

1 ReplySkip Zombi it's a trash game
-
5 RepliesDoesn't sound like a dilemma to me, Destiny 2 is supposed to be less of a second job as Luke Smith put it and you shouldn't have any problem playing other games at the same time according to Bungie. What you should do is try and not buy so many games when you can't actually play them all. I understand buying a few games that are on sale even though you don't have the time to play them right away, just don't get so carried away!
-
You can knock out most of these in a day. Failing that, it's Destiny, I'm certain story content will last 2-3 days tops and you can spread what you didn't get to in between content drops.
-
2 RepliesWhy are you buying so many games if you havnt finished the ones you already have? On my ps4 i mainly just play single player games while i do multiplayer on xbox.. I usually only buy 3 at the most for my ps4.. then sell them after i beat them.. then pick up new ones..
-
1 ReplyBeyond 2 souls is a shame indeed. Burn it and bury it in the yard before you get infected.
-
6 RepliesQuit buying games that you won't play. Some people have zero discipline/common sense.
-
3 RepliesPlay the shortest games first.
