WHO THE F#@! COMPLAINED ABOUT THE TURBINES IN BETA?
I'd like to say on behalf of any gamer who still believes that solving difficult sometimes timely problems is more reason to respect a game than dumbing it down.....
YOU KILLJOY UNILATERAL HUMAN BYSTANDERS ARE THE LAZIEST, MOST THOUGHT DEPRIVED, SKILL LESS LOUDMOUTHED BLANK SPACES IN THE VOID BETWEEN OBSESSIVE COMPLETIONISTS AND PLAYERS WHO LIKE CHALLENGE IN THEIR GAMES.
YOU ARE TOO PRECIOUS TO WIPE TO SOLVE A PROBLEM?

How the -blam!- can someone not understand how the turbines work. I only had trouble with my slow ass Warlock.

My only problem was that I expected to be able to jump-cancel after clearing the lower blades but instead I floated straight into the oncoming upper blades. I really hope they have reimplemented jump cancelling in the final build. Was no issue as a hunter and no idea how people struggled to find the turbines...

I don't understand how anybody could really have a hard time with the turbines. If it was a challenge for some though, I don't see what's wrong with that . If the campaign was super easy and not challenging at all, that would be pretty boring.

2 RepliesI thought that spot was easy and figured it out with out any issues. When I read that people were having a hard time with it I couldn't help but lol in disbelief that people found it so difficult that they changed it.

What the turbines at the end of the Ford mission. How they nerf it moved the spot to shoot to the top. Took me like 15 seconds to figure out where to shoot them.

Wait, people had a hard time with the turbines? Genuine question. A toddler could've figured that one out.

I could also be true that they just realized there was an obscene amount of deaths in that area. I certainly didn't complain but I died like 5 times the first time I played it cause of how it messed up your jumping

With all the complaints, they had to remove something.

2 RepliesNo one who played the Beta got to play the original turbines set up. The changes where made before the beta was released. It was Bungie's own play testers who gave that felt it was going to be to hard.

No1 complained about them bungie removed 1 turbine 2 make game easier 4 new players.

4 RepliesThere are a lot of strange things happening with the gamers of Destiny. Last night I got invited to a VoG raid and they are at Atheon. We are trying to do the Challenge. The lead dude that invited me thanked me for joining because 3 of their team left one by one. So I checked their light and gear on screen. They are all 400 light but their weapons are mostly Adept VoG primaries and heavy machine gun. I saw 1 dude with sleeper but his primary is a gun from Trials. The best part is that 3 of them are all wearing Trials of Osiris armor complete with ornaments. 2 out of the 3 dudes wearing Trials armor are sporting the Scarab Emblem. Then 1 dude with Trials armor but not the Scarab Emblem excused himself to go back to tower, when he came back he is now sporting a Scarab Emblem. All 3 of them are friends. Do you see where this is going? So we got a couple more dudes and started the raid, remember we are doing the Atheon challenge. We did like 5 tries and I noticed every time we wiped that 2 or 3 people didn't shoot their oracles. I said I'll give this 3 more shots. When I got teleported, I took the relic. 2 guys with me shot their oracles and left, then I took 1 oracle and waited by the gate for the rest, nobody came in and the last three oracles are still there. Guess what, we succumb to them. So I figure, there is really something wrong here! After that, I heard another guy's voice in the background asking "You doing challenge? That is dumb, why would everybody go in there and get blind at the same time? Just do regular Atheon without challenge." Then 1 guy with Trials gear and Scarab asked if he could leave, figured he can't do this. The lead dude who invited me said, "Ok, just wanna finish this even without doing the challenge." This is one of the dudes wearing Trials gear and a Scarab Emblem. I left the team without even saying goodbye. Go figure!
