Friend List is consistently bugged.
This is insane, for hours upon hours, happening daily, I can't see my friend's list in-game and see what my friend's are up to. This is actually hampering gameplay. Resetting the game for a chance to see the friend list in-game shouldn't be something we should be doing.
I wonder if others have this same issue.
I'm on Xbox One for anyone curious.

It happens to me a lot in-game on ps4. It's usually after I access my friends list or messages using my phone app, but also if I go into my friends list from the ps4 menu. If I close the phone apps it tends to come back.

I sometimes can't see my favorites list so I know the pain. Finally ended up just texting ppl I game with due to the whole issue.

I have a theory about why this happens to people. Because I only see it happening to very good crucible players. Hmm...

Had the same problem, you have to delete people from your list. Once you pass the threshold of friends it glitches...in my opinion , delete your list down and it will start working correctly. It's a glitch, your friends list is to big...sorry

I think I have the same problem... and then I remember that I don't have any friends.

I'm on PS4 and I used to get it all the time. I found a post about 6 months ago saying there was a problem that if you had too many friends on your list then destiny can bug out. I deleted loads of folk that I didn't really know and the problem never came back.

When this happens go to your Xbox friends list, refresh it by going to recent players and back to friends. Give it about 30 seconds to update in destiny and open up your list. Hopefully that helps

My friends list is bugged too. About 2-3 months ago it was full of people playing trials, raids and iron banner. Now there is barely anyone. What gives?!
