Or if we changed the archetype back to what it was in year one we could fix it all without changing much. Used to be like spare change and it was perfect

That archetype is worse than the archetype it already has though..

Actually I prefer high impact pulses vs. Mid impact. The thing that hinders high impact is in this fast fire rate hi cal rounds meta high impact pulses are ruined by flinch. If they didn't flinch as bad they would be much more viable.

That archetype isn't bad. It it underused because the current guns in it are meh

It only has a chance to two burst with all headshots, and a three burst is too slow in many cases. Works okay in 6v6 but that is about it for me. It should always be a two burst when hitting all crits, even on ramlocks and titans. If a three burst is required most of the time, then the extra fire rate is better. Besides, i like the archetype it belongs to now. It is by far the sort of pulse i like most, even if they kinda suck right now. The slowest one is just sooooo slow to me.

Back in HoW red death was the slowest firing pulse, and also the counter to the thorn. Honestly reverting back to how how was could fix a lot. Fast fire rate pulses would be good in a skilled players hands and not everyone's, hand cannons could work again, and we wouldn't worry about shotgun gods.

It doesn't matter what you do you will always have shotgun junkies it's a skill thing. There will always be more less skilled than skilled players so they will always use shotguns. How many times they been nerfed now? Also in HoW there were just as many shotgunners they just hid behind walls from eferdiets lol

In my opinion, all they had to do back in HoW was nerf exotic handcannons a bit, and give handcannons drop off. Instead they drove things way too far.

Honestly, I think toning the range slightly would've been fine, ALONG with adding artifacts in that update. We could've had a counter to everything needed. Personally I think that hawkmoon should've kept its stability and range near the same as that's what it's for, a precision powerhouse. Last word should've been fixed but instead they decided let's not fix it let's change the perk so we don't have to revise it. Thorn was fine and if it still had the same burn still would be fine
