Was Stormcaller Stealth Nerfed?
So we know that Bungie has stealth nerfed things in the past, shoulder charge being one. And recently I think Stormcaller has experienced a similar treatment.
Just today, I was running around in normal crucible, and I hit someone in the body with my sniper and followed it up with a melee. But my melee didn't reach far enough, (The map was First Light BTW). I was surprised because I'm used to being able to quickly hit a body shot and melee to get the kill. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
But not only this, the super has seemed a little underpowered as of late. When I was playing in Rift, I was only getting Slayer medals and the occasional Reaper. I used to get a Seventh Column every time.
Bungie, please fix the Stormcaller, I should be able to get seventh column medals every game, really not fair that other subclasses are OP now.

If you play storm caller your probably a closet rapist!!!! Dirty broken ass sub-class needs nerfing into oblivion!!!! For a start the distance of the electrical charge (from the warlocks fingertips to the victim) is just stupid!!! You have NO WAY of escaping like you can a Blade dancer or Sun Breaker, then there is the mele distance!!! We have all seen the videos on YouTube if BROKEN!!!! And don't get me started on the amount of armour they get while in super!!!!! BUMGIE YOU HAVE DESTROYED EVERY OTHER SUBCLASS IN YOUR GAME NOW ITS TIME YOU RIEGN IN YOUR MOST POXY BROKEN SUBCLASS TO DATE! Sort it out or the OP gets it with both barrels YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! I'm sure it must be your sniper not having sufficient range to do damage from that far, it certainly can't have been your melee thst didn't connect

Does your sniper have enough range? It might not be able to extend as far as your melee without bloom kicking in.

Stormtrance gets shutdown almost every time you use it. Every match is full of Strikers, since Juggernaut is OP. Voidwalkers and Nightstalkers also shut you down. When I use my Warlock in PvP, I just use Voidwalker now. The melee is pretty outrageous. I fully agree with that. No idea why it has the range it has. Stormcaller has no good PvP grenades, though. A nerf to the melee needs to also see a buff to one of the grenades at least.

Plus i am only getting 12th column now earlier I used to wipe the enemy team thrice with a full super and melee. #buffstormcallers

I'm used to the tracking being at around 110% but it's just not working like it used to. Even when I die to other Stormcaller melees I can clearly see in the kill feed that the opponent was RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME and not across the map. I fear something got messed up when festival of the lost dropped. Please look into dis bungo.

1 ReplyThe 7th column joke is just that, a joke. I think I seen it happen one time when it first came out and that was in rift If it happens its rare and only happens because one team is so incompetent they ALL stood together like some idiots and didnt bother shooting him
