Skip grenades are the only good grenades on the bladedancer subclass has, the arc bolts and flux grenades cant do shit to other guardians compared to fusion nades, axion bolts and lightning nades and everyone is getting pissed off at a subclass that has ONE good grenade
-
3 RepliesAs every sunsinger in the game breaks out in singing......"Welcome to my world....Won't you come on in...." A subclass built entirely around it's use of grenades and how much compassion did it see? How much did other crucible players care? Good luck brades.

7 RepliesNerf them... they are insane op with the new exotics. Besides... Titan's don't even have a tracking grenade.
-
Agreed. Bump.

8 RepliesWhy do people whom "main" hunters feel like they are being picked on? I'm not sure I understand the entitled class feeling. I main a titan in pve but I'm pretty balanced since ttk expansion in pvp. I get that hunters were nerfed abs that a few over used features of specific classes were hit kind of hard, but all classes have been play schooled up. Every class has there better nades and every class has nades that were either nerfed or not useful. From a class perspective I'd say 85% are fairly balanced. With the exception of storm caller I love using it but as a roaming supers It's really powerful to borderline broken in 6v6. From a personal stand point hunters have the most utility in pvp a good roaming supers, good range super, and by far the most superior support super. There are allot of things I can agree with: - figuring out how to bring storm trance in line with the same kill potential as other roaming supers. - Fix shoulder charge because having an ability that gives you a free 1 shot melee without using a melee charge is stupid. - titan spike grenade needs to show better representation of distance. - the shock animation for storm trance needs to be less dominating on the screen when simply being chained and distance needs a better representation. But hunters have to their benefit: Blade dancer - a roaming supers that gets the ability to be a distance attack, an aoe, and invisibility. - skip grenades that do good damage while allowing you to see where the player went thanks to damage number that pop up. - a lunging melee capable of reach warlock distance and being able to spec to take a super out from behind. Gunslinger - a great range super that procs shorter than any other. Get three shots possible 4 with exotic that can cause combustion and has observed aim assist. - a range melee capable of criting and doing damage over time or get the melee charge back immediately if crit. - okay grenades trip mines still do allot of damage and add burn. And last night stalker ..... there isn't to much to say here -shade step : broken - wambo combo : broken - quiver : broken - immunity frames while activating super :broken - wall hacks ( keen scout) : broken I'm not quite sure why people can't be satisfied with the better aspects of their classes. Yeah you may have weakness but there are strengths too. Each class and every class is unique and has the ability to be good if used right. And yeah there are things that can be fixed ie: hit registration, some balancing problems, they can make the red flash on trip mine a little less noticeable. But not every class is going to always be good it's just not going to happen. All 3 hunter classes have the best k/d ratio next to storm caller which means that before ROI (cause bungie has yet to release stats) all three hunter classes were superior to 5 of the 6 classes for titans and warlocks. That's my best attempt of being logical on this forum the topic is balance keep it that way not everything should 1 shot and not every grenade is going to be super effective in pvp

1 ReplyOnce,i touched a dead chicken and ate it.

21 RepliesThey deal half health damage. They don't last as long as axion bolts. And they need shinobous to actually be good. You need to realize how much Hunters have been nerfed, and stop trying to keep us nerfed
-
*Walks in* ... Jesus, I didn't even say anything about skip grenades...I don't even know anyone who has said NERF anything recently... ...Damn
-
Every time I see a post like this one I know for sure it's a nerf call.
-
Seeing as flux grenade is iffy and arcbolt feels weak. Might as well ruin poor bladedancer's skip grenades. Can't just enjoy anything now.
-
2 RepliesDo you want axion bolts nerfed?
-
The aggressive nade tracking it has with the gear is really annoying. My void gauntlets don't even have tracking that aggressive. I wouldn't nerf the nade, but I would tweak the tracking some.
-
16 RepliesUh, flux is a sticky...how does that do nothing?
-
1 ReplyFace it, bud: anything we hunters get that is even remotely useable, Bungie nerfs due to the rampaging nerf-bunnies here. Hell, we lost trips after 2 years because "Oops! They were never suppose to stick." Really, Bungie? Took you geniuses 2 years to figure that shit out? Wow... With the number of crybabies here complaining about skips, they will go away in the next few weeks. But watch is the Juggernaut, which can take a GG shot with ease, will not be touched at all.
Not calling for a titan nerf at all - just hate the hypocrisy of all this shit
2 RepliesEdited by cuzzybubba1: 10/23/2016 4:21:11 AMThe same idiots crying for a nerf have no clue they were already nerfed and shinobus bring them back to where they were before pretty much. Also it takes your exotic to do so.
-
Didn't realize they came this closed minded.
-
5 RepliesI say yes they need to be nerfed they are training wheels for hunters to all the hunters using them and Shinobu vows gauntlets get good you pathetic scrubs
-
Fluxes are great, and arc bolts are above average.
-
1 Replythey need to be nerfed sorry. Either the damage slightly or the range of tracking. I get they are all you have but axion doesnt take you to 90% health loss. They should be similar considering you have to do NO work to make them hit. Im not saying nerf into the ground, just slightly one or the other.
-
6 Repliesthey can nerf skip grenades when ~ I can shoot axion bolts to break them, ~ fire bolt grenades have a bigger radius no change to damage ~ swarm grenades have more swarms units to attack ~ arc bolt grenades can chain multiple targets for more damage with each chain ~ trip mines can kill a high armored target and stick to them, ~ pulse grenades have a bigger radius ~ lightning grenade only pulse and hit once ~ sticky grenades in general don't track but this is just my opinion......
-
Flux grenade is great
-
Ok. If we leave skip grenades alone then we leave all other grenades alone. Well, only the grenades for now. We do need to fix smoke (with envenomed. no other one), stormcaller melee range and those shitty ass Hammers. My proposal: Smoke (with envenomed) doesn't blind you. Everything else the same. Stormcaller Melee instead of being double normal Warlock melee, make it half of normal Warlock melee and then add that to Stormcaller melee. Make Hammers actually kill me when I get hit. I feel bad when I eat a Hammer and survive.
-
Nerf the skip nades. Git gud with other nades. Plain and simple.
-
17 RepliesEveryone complained that firebolts were too OP. Literally the only reason to play singingers for a majority. Gone. A firebolt couldn't 1 hit you, and a trip can't one hit you anymore either. But double skip grenades that will not only 1 hit me, but follow me half way around the map are rediculous. Nothing does that. I don't mind one of them even though they are in a stupid place right now, but if your gonna give two they need a nerfed. They have blade dance, blink and can go invis already.
-
5 RepliesThey track you across the map, they do more damage, they go faster than a titan skating... They need a nerf you df. Get good and get kills without your nade.
-
14 RepliesThey were nerfed for being OP and now the new gloves bring them back to that OP status. So yes a further nerf is needed
-
6 RepliesEdited by Lich: 10/24/2016 2:15:39 AMStormcallers doesn't have a single reliable grenade. An you can slide into or under axion bolts cut damage in half or negate it all together. Axion bolts also disappear when no target is in its area, Scatter nade bounces delays activation and is only good when paired with nothing manacles. You can shoot lighting nades. As for stickys they should have no tracking at all.
