Rise of iron book rewards not working
Hello bungie, I recently just got to book rank 4 and accepted the legs reward. But I haven't received anything. Literally nothing showed up in my inventory. I am extremely frustrated that I can't receive the gear that I've earned and that when I'm having a problem it's like I can't get a hold of you guys to get some type of support. Please help I don't know what to do.

this happened to me the 1st 2x times I accepted armor pieces. I would forget its in my inventory and that I have to open it to get it.

Not raw boots B) Strike counts only consider the regular SIVA strikes, not heroic. Similar to a quest last year C) Artifact counts are the real artifacts, not the GHorn medallions you collected for the quest. etc.

To all the guardians out their, thanks for the help and support, the package reward was sent to my consumables inventory and then I selected it and got my legs. Thanks for all the help

I have been running strikes for nearly 5 hours waiting for the book to show me completed and it has not recorded one. NOT A SINGLE ONE!!!!! WTF!!!! Fix it damn it FIX THE SHIT WE PAID FOR AND WTF IS WITH THE HONORING THE PAST QUEST??? I collected all of them and it shows only 1...... Follow up for all the butt hurt pussies and idiots. Yes I'm doing Heroic, ALL PUBLIC SERVICE PEOPLE PLAY XBOX AT WORK and lastly if you read the threads there are over 2700 complaints just like my thread so stop being stupid. Cheers

Edited by UkGouki: 9/25/2016 6:43:07 PMgo to your inventory page the one with motes etc on the right is a box that is white/gold highlight it then press the button that says open. it will unlock 3 sets of legs one for titan warlock and hunter @340 light you can also claim it again but the next box you open will only be 3 light and when dismantled they do not give anything! the only way it wont show up is if your right side inventory is full i.e with heavy ammo synths etc!

im not sure what u guys are doing wrong.....did u select the icon in the book then open the package in your inventory or check the post office....i have had no issues

4 RepliesSame thing happened to me just now with my first reward (arms) on my Titan. Just disappeared after claiming them. I made sure I had an open slot for them.
