Xur refuses to sell The Last Word.
He's nothing but a big jerk!!! There's no fair reason that it's about to be almost a year since he last sold it
And yes, I tried the legacy engrams... nothing!!! I wasted 93 frickin' coins to get three shards 😡

Try playing VoG for the exotic chest, and 28 prison, or even one man Crota. Plenty of things to play to try to get it.

I got it from a legacy engram yesterday on my first try. I was going to grind for it after iron banner

1 ReplyGot a Y1 version the first time I did the prison of elders (pre APR update) from the chests at the end. The kiosk unlocked the Y2 version then too. Don't know if that will still work though.
