Alright guys, this is possibly going to be a total game changer for anyone that reads this topic in search of rare pokemon.
So I have stumbled across this website called www.pokevision.com that displays accurate pokemon locations in pokemon go in REAL TIME. That's right, real time.
Each has a timer to show how long it'll be there and you can refresh it every thirty seconds. They use the pokemon go servers so obviously if it's down, the website search engine won't work either.
So next time a rare pokemon shows up on your nearby tab that you want, straight up pinpoint it's location and head that way. It's really that easy. Happy hunting yall!
Make sure to give this topic a bump, the more people that can track these rare pokemon, the more everyone else will get them too. Remember, we're a community. Let's help one another.

4 RepliesPoke-vision is not very accurate. Shows barely any pokemon worth pursuing. Some pokemon it shows are not actually in the area. Ex. Went to the location a growlithe was suppose to be at with 11mins left. No growlithe. Though it does figure because I have yet to see a wild growlithe in michigan.

Bump for the website that isn't 100% accurate

1 ReplyBump this so I can access this later. Servers are down

It's not accurate. Shows maybe 5-10% of all the spawned Pokemon in my area, and never the ones I need it to show.
-
It says there is one ratatta in my entire town.

2 RepliesWish I knew about this last night. A Vulpix and Flareon popped up at my apartment, but I couldn't find them anyway I tried.

1 ReplyIs it confirmed that higher level has anything to do with more rare spawns? I'm 19 and have not noticed any difference whatsoever.

You uninstall it.

Or.. or when a rare and desirable pokemon shows up on radar while your at a pokestop with 30+ people. Have everyone fan out a alert everyone when one of you finds it. Got a Blastoise, Gengar, & Dragonair this way yesterday.

It's not about tracking. Specific areas are for specific types. Eg Normal spawn everywhere and are common. water will be near water/ponds/lakes. Started Pokemon can be found in zoos and playparks. Rare Pokemon are dependent on your trainer level. The higher your trainer level the more frequent you can get rare Pokemon to spawn

Edited by puppyk1sses: 7/19/2016 8:41:10 PMI've caught the best Pokemon (with the highest CP) at my house / in my neighborhood. Very consistently so. Rural area ~ 25mins from the bigger town near bye. More pokes downtown, but better quality ones right at home. Beedrill, Clefable, Nidoqueen, Parasect, Ivysaur, Hypno, Graveller.. All right here. Downtown is 5,345 Pidgeys, 1,997 rattatas, and 2,458,658,410 weedles

9 Repliesthe easy trick to catching rare pokemon is just staying in 1 place for an extended period of time. eventually a rare type will spawn near your area.
