So no independence day celebration
So bungee why no 4th of July celebration? We had one for Halloween and valentine's day. But nothing for the 4th of july. A celebration of our country.

While bungie may be based in the US I think it is because they don't want Destiny to align to any singular country. The Destiny universe isn't America nor is the last city. I could say the same about Canada, why no Canada day celebration? It would be too hard to implement 1 day celebrations for every country that has it. Also Bungie's 7 day is coming so maybe something will happen then July 7 2016 people log on and see.

I think it'd be pretty cool of they did some themes that revolve around other countries holidays as well. I'm an American, and knew they wouldn't do anything yesterday, but I think it'd be interesting if they had the tower decked out in a different country's colors for a day. Along with a theme patrol quest or crucible mode for that holiday as well
