how does this even happen?

Pause it and you'll see a bullet stream from bottom floor to your left into his arm. Edit: watching again it looks like your teamate is crouched behind you when he/she takes the shot.

4 RepliesThat actually happens to me sometimes too. Also if you pause the video, you can see your bullet line, it isn't really even close. But it's closer to his face than Body lol. My favorite was I hit someone in the body saw 167 damage and then on the kill feed saw the head shot indicator

5 RepliesPerhaps, on your screen you shot him first, but on someone else's screen they shot him first? The usual lag, health bar may not have updated with someone else's damage until he was out of view

1 ReplyUpon closer inspection on the video, it looks like something damaged the guy after you shot him. His health drops to what would be expected from that sniper after you shoot him, then you step behind a wall and he dies. I think what happened was a case of the Memento complex. He died because somehow the planets aligned and spontaneously chose that he will die at that specific moment tor no reason.

You did not deal enough damage to kill him, shows it right in the video. You did 167dmg, not enough to OHK. You see his life drop to about 1/8th after your body shot. something else killed him but probably due to latency it granted you the kill.

1 ReplyThey must of been running a really low armoured Titan. The difference in light level and low armour stat might of made them one shot killable with a high impact sniper like your Longbow. I tried searching the other player up but he doesn't seem to exist.
