What's your personal peeve?
You know that one thing people do in the crucible that you just cant' respect dying to and can't give them credit for killing you with.
Latley for me it's been tripmine grenade kills. Just gets tiring when there are hunters getting free kills every 25 seconds or so just because they threw a grenade...and not even accurately.

8 RepliesSince I main a hunter, I've always personally hated that the smoke/melee is the same button. Sometimes I wanna stab and it throws the damn smoke with the guy right in my face or vice versa. Has happened enough to make me hate it sometimes. (Same with throwing knives).

I trip mine bro. You don't like it shoot them. The giant red flashing light isn't hard to miss. Shouldn't be sprinting around corners anyways. That's how you get sniped. We hunters are training you in the ways of caution.

People who think aspects of Destiny that take no skill actually do take skill, or think something has a "counter" when they are just cheap BS and don't have a perfect counter, more of a "check" (ie could work but can easily not work either) Some Example's include Shoulder Charge Lighting Grenades Tripmines Warlock Melee Range Every class has it.

People using Supers on one person (I.E me). Spawning right next to an enemy. Having a teammate walk right in front of you, just as you either fire a Rocket launcher, or throw a grenade. Therefore either dying, or losing most of your health. Being killed by a bullet-hose type weapon from ACROSS THE MAP. Or beyond what should be it's effective range, take your pick.

10 RepliesGetting stuck on little map textures that prevent me from moving, like a tiny little spike sticking out of the wall or just a bad barrier coding on an object that prevents from moving past it. Actually, bad physics in general. Yesterday i was trying to get out of a gun fight, i turned and ran the other direction into a wall. Somehow, my character went up into the air, lollipopped backwards over top of the one thing that was giving my cover, and right into the sights of the guy i was running from. Yes, i ran into a wall and got forced backwards about 20 feet, in the air.

Hey don't diss on tripmines! I place mine with precision! But even I'll admit some of those kills shouldn't have happened... Anyway, for me it's definitely been Titan smash. Today alone, a Titan at full health with me weakened has come up and smashed me, just me, 5 times. It's not even a good panic super. It's entirely unnecessary.
