Actually, the word thief would be predicated on the situation. What if my car was stolen, and I took it back? The person could save that it was "thieved" but taking back what is yours does not make you a thief.

The hypocritical part was when you devalued the OPs opinion about complaining, the started complaining. Is that so damn hard to understand. You can keep posting your little car story. As I have explained, there is a difference between adjectives ok for a physical action compared to a mental state that has no abstention. You can provide an absolute detail on the situation. Like I've said, what if the persons cat was originally theirs, and was stolen. The thief can say hi/her car was stolen, but that wouldn't be factual.
