If its a fight club and one of the rules is not to chug then yea its wrong but if its an invasion then chug as many as you want

If I invade I don't care, but in duals I'll only do it if the host does.

2 RepliesYou should honor your enemy in duels by bowing and such. In invasions you could be the cheapest shit ever but it doesn't matter, it's a fúcking invasion.

1 ReplyI liked it better in DS1/DS2 when the only way Invaders could heal was through their own spells. If I gave them the window to cast a heal, they deserve it. It's on me to put the pressure on them

People have been chugging a lot in DaS3. I mean, we meet up, we top off health and FP, we bow, we start fighting... Then when we are both low on health, the invader chugs and I just sit down. No point in fighting a chugger at my skill level. I can get lucky and beat a few people in honorable fights, but I don't have the chops to kill someone over and over until they run low on sunny d.

4 RepliesDuels: no. No heals. Really annoying to get summoned having my estus and health cut, yet the host sits there and chugs down 15 gallons. Basically, don't summon me if your just going to gank and heal spam Invasions: do as you wish, I invaded you, your not prepared. You may have souls on the ground. Etc. Hankins annoying, but hey like I said, your in your own world and I got there by force.

Before every pvp in ds2 I chug all the flasks in front of them prior to dualing [spoiler]honor is real[/spoiler]

I only heal if A) the other guy heals B) the other guy keeps running away. If you're going to drag this fight out across 10 different encounters I'm going to heal. -blam!- you.

In a duel then that's horseshit, but if I get invaded and am getting my shit pushed in hell yeah I'm gonna chug. Side note: is it possible to parry the estus use?

Provided it's set by both individuals that there will be no estus usage in the duel then I believe it's a douchebag move to use it when you start losing. [i] (No, simply being a duel doesn't mean you agree to these self imposed rules. Nor does "bowing" mean that the other person agrees to follow your rules as I bow simply to be nice, not because I'm going to follow some rules that people made up)[/i]

If you chug during a duel you can expect to get at least 5 arrows to your face. Invasions are okay. Chug during a duel and you are going to die. Also if someone chugs you may be met to enemies becoming hostile because I used a great seed. I'll let the npcs and Ai do the work for me if you wanna be a douche I'll be one too

If someone chugs in a dule I get really aggressive to try and stop them from chugging again, usually works. Even if I get invaded my friend and I wont chug until we see the invader chug( which is so much of the time).

If I summon you into MY world for a 1-off duel, I reserve the right to have a sip. I fully expect you to do the same. My world. My rules. And I kind of enjoy long fights... as long as i'm not up against a buffed estoc. -blam!- that thing. If I get sommoned to YOUR world via red soap to someone else's world, I'll play by the honor rules as long as my opponent does as well. Fight clubs... I once saw someone heal in a fight club. The host and everyone waiting str8 mugged the character that healed. Message rec'd loud and crystal clear lol... Despite the first bit about you coming to MY HOUSE, I'm gonna vote "not ok" "Give me honorabru enemies rather than ambitious ones, and I'll sleep more easiry by night" -Anon

2 RepliesIf you invade via Red Eye Orb: Chugging is perfectly fine for both phantom and host. If you invade via Red Sign Soapstone: Chugging is not okay and anyone who does it is an awful casul.

Invasions: All's fair. It's fine for the invader ESPECIALLY if there are several people (host, phantoms). Duels: Nah. Don't.

I will always bow, then buff accordingly (also allowing the invader to do so accordingly)...it's just good sportsmanship really. Summoning duels....no chugging.

Anyone who taints fight club areas by chugging is bad and they should feel bad. There is no excuse, if you are in the dueling level range there's no way you don't know that the area outside pontiff is about fair fights. Invasions it doesn't matter.
