I'm pretty sure that this is scary, especially considering the last time that happened (Staten) and why he left...

Luke Smith prolly ran him out so he can feed his ego that year2 is a complete success and he did it in his own.
-
Because they realized they were paying him to sit at his desk and not write anything.
-
They probably just dont have anything for him to do lol

They hired the guy from mass effect. So I guess it was time for him to move on.

1 ReplyThey wouldn't give him anymore ^.

2 RepliesWait, in Destiny someone created a story ????
-
Didn't he do the cinematics for the Halo games? If so, why did they make him work on the story?
-
2 RepliesMaybe they decided he sucked since he's apparently done a terrible job. Why do you think they hired the mass effect guy?
-
2 RepliesEdited by zxionisus: 4/8/2016 5:35:34 PMWell he was there for 9 years. That's a long time for someone on the creative side of gaming. Maybe he just got a better offer or maybe he felt his talents could be better served elsewhere. Not everything has to be salacious and controversial. Edit: 13 years

Have you ever worked in any moderately sized industry ? It's called churn , people move jobs fact , usually for an incentive, more money, bigger team, larger organisation, to work for themselves or rarely personal reasons . Even people with large investments in time and money involved leave all the time . In some circles 18 months is the time when you should be looking for another step either up or sideways to gain more experience.

3 RepliesStory what story? If this guy was wrote the original story for destiny then good riddance.
-
Whoever wrote destiny story literally did a great job at
looking busy doing nothing lol
