They're not Supers anymore....
Just call them Mediocres since that's what all the nerfs have turned them into. Looking forward to the stream tomorrow to see which untouched subclass becomes the new go to...oh wait, there aren't any left...sigh.

Same with weapons, they aren't exotic anymore, more like "mundanes", and why? To balance a PVP that has always been critically broken.

all the supers were designed for PvE and yet they force balancing over PvE and PvP just because PvP players want it that way. bungie needs to stop killing PvE for us and stop kissing PvP players asses, they should just suck it up not cry nerf all the time.

5 RepliesEdited by The 7th fall: 4/6/2016 2:51:02 PMYeah the only supers I use in PvE in a serious manner is Defender, Sunsinger, (edit)Voidwalker and Nightstalker. -Bladedancer is really only good for cloaking for revives or running past mobs in PvE -Gunslinger is a decent boss killer with Nighthawk, but otherwise does rather bad against standard enemies -Stormtrance is really annoying in PvP, but in PvE it can take ages to kill one armored opponent with it -Sunbreaker is just sh*tty anywhere, 'nuff said -Striker is a good panic insta killer in PvP, but PvE it's just an 'arc fart' super as I call it Supers should be as described: SUPER not mediocre! Buff their damage substantially in PvE for f**ks sake Bungie!!!

You can thank PVP and all the crybaby pussies in it along with Bungie having such a -blam!-ed up philosophy on what destiny should be that they completely forgot about pve, remember the reason 99% of us bought into this 2 year old beta.

Bump. In the creative world Bungie dropped the ball when it comes to supers. For example, when a warlock has radiant skin on while they are in their super, the sun emitting off of them should also soft any incoming bullets to make them a guarantee two shot for any current one shot weapon i.e. snipers. That would make the radiant skin node feel super. This along with other super changes would make supers feel super. Right now they are best at getting 2 or 3 kills. Sigh.

3 RepliesYup most of the players who actually play the game have lived with much much worse in the crucible than it currently is and can for the life of us not even imagine where all the 7 year old hate has come from nor can we believe that the game makers are acting on it. Guess it will also add more "difficulty" to the game in pve LOL.

I don't know. Everyone complains and whines about whatever is OP during X period of time. Then, once it's nerfed, the new X is OP is discovered, everyone migrates to that. The new X is OP is complained about until it's nerfed, then the cycle just continues.

Edited by Moxxis Playtoy: 4/5/2016 9:10:58 PMIDK what destiny you played where the supers were SUPERS, there nothing but orb generators for support role sub classes (bubbles, Night stalker, basically all sub-classes that provided you an extra buff while in use) in PVE. PVP wise they where all even to begin with everyone has something to complain about the other class. There were those who exploited the supers ( AKA unlimited nightstalker shots) which lets be honest here why would you do that in PVP, are you that thirsty for kills like sheesh. I play a hunter and I complain numerous time about other classes but I know its all fair game, I have things they can't use and they have things I can't use. There is no nerf but a buff is needed in PVE for supers. Also fix those hit detection for some of those abilities on sub classes and effects left by some abilities, why my throwing knife doesn't melt you though it should is ridiculous, also a titan missing his shoulder completely but hits me as if directly rag dolling me in to oblivion is also rather annoying. Might've been lag but IDK because apparently everyone has perfect connection.
