We know there will be some big PvP changes come April. I'm expecting a massive warlock nerf that destroys both the sunsinger class and the stormcaller class. I'm a warlock main, but I guess we all will be switching to hunter mains here soon. Might just quit this game altogether. I can't imagine trying to show off destiny to friends and every PvP lobby is filled with 12 identical hunters, but it's pretty inevitable at this point.

1 ReplyFirst off, I'll quit playing video games before i become a hunter "main". Secondly, i think most of the changes will be weapon based.
-
Good thing my void walker is maxed out! That will hopefully never be touched.
-
1 ReplyThings that I see them change -Viking funeral & Touch of Flamed for SS -super duration for SC -Venom nades for NS -All DoT will do less dmg. -Hit Detection will be improved ((but broken)) Nerfs -Thorn. -MIDA. -TLW. -DoP ((all HRoF AR)). -LMG ammo nerf -switching weapons at anytime now will give back 0 ammo. I have a strong hunch about this one.

3 RepliesHunters are just scrubs and very disappointing I'm staying with my warlock because if we get nerfed they are buffing the sunsinger or storm caller in some shape way or form us Warlocks will just adjust we are NOT going to cry
-
3 RepliesIf they nerf them to the point where they're useless, I'm quitting and will not come back until they buff them back up.
-
*Sighs* why I hate the destiny community example one
-
Yeah that would really suck. Can't keep a lock down as I'll still have a lock as my main. When I'm bored then I'll use a Hunter and oh yeah a Titan.
-
Let's see if loose their dignity after not being the best for one like hunters did with shadowshot at the beginning of year two or be like Titans #titanmasterrace
ues I main a Titan

i think warlocks need nerfed to the ground like sunbreaker
Warlocks are beyond op this coming from a warlock main
-
It's sad but I feel like it will tarnish what would be an overall decent update.
-
3 RepliesI'm really hoping they don't touch Warlocks, but I'm pretty sure you're right and both are gonna get hosed.
-
I hope you're wrong but I fear you're not. I too main a Warlock.
-
3 RepliesStfu your super are forever long and annoying, The Stormcaller lasts forever to where if I get killed by it I spawn and get killed agian and it's not like you can run away from it because it chains pretty far. On Sunsinger the flame shields are ridiculous especially with your mile long melee
-
1 ReplyOk this is the nerf 3 less ticks of damage from vicking funeral and trancedence gives 5 more sec rather than 9
-
4 RepliesI am. And will always be. A Titan. You can count on me
-
I hope no subclass gets changed, other than a sunbreaker BUFF
-
I hope they don't get nerfed. I personally hate warlocks. I just suck with them. But seriously. A nerd isn't in order. Counter shit. It's not hard

2 RepliesI haven't commented so far about warlocks. But I main a warlock and the build that's currently being discussed getting nerfed for sunsinger is my pve build. and it's really frustrating thinking that I might not be as effective in the environment because of some crucible crap. Especially when it's little more than a viable strategy that just doesn't vibe with some people's overemphasis on "gun skill". I know destiny says competitive multiplayer but bungie has stated that it's PvP is designed to be casual, unlike their previous games. Yes it's competitive but destiny isn't supposed to be cod or battlefield and it's not supposed to be all about "gun skill". There are dots, and supers, and status effects, and exotics. It's obviously an RPG with RPG mechanics as much as it's a fps. And I feel like the competitive crowd that want another halo are missing that point and they're ruining it. We don't need to nerf anything we need private matchmaking with custom games so the crucible players can setup their own rules to play by and stop interfering with the game at large. Give them the their own sandbox to play in so they stop pissing in mine. /rant

2 RepliesHunter main here, I hope you're wrong... And i barely even use my warlock, and when i do it's voidwalker... There's nothing wrong with those two classes.
-
2 RepliesI main warlock since day 1 and I'll always main warlocks. I main all 3 sub-classes Sun Singer double fusion nades Void Walker blink shotgun axion melee S.caller double melee 100% STR :)
-
But yet everyone was ok with needing titans to the ground for a super the one thing that is supposed to be strong but warlocks fire bolt made can one shot or leave you one shot plus has tracking I've been a warlock since beta but I've been all three classes for at least 4 months each or more but switching just cause you get needed is kinda sad now if your supers don't work I understand cause hammers hit detection sucks
-
I hope not, they're perfectly balanced and it would affect PvE, which would be the epitome of bad decisions and show absolute disregard for PvE players like every darn nerf thrown at us since the start. There had better be no nerfs for ANY subclass for that matter. There, rage over.
-
3 RepliesI think stormcall needs a slight nerf, but not much. Just decrease the time of it slightly.
-
My hunter never looks identical but hopefully the warlock stays untouched!
-
Hopefully it's just a total overhaul of the matchmaking and no nerfs.
