The Division first quest Error fix!
For the first quest where your agent has to activate the computer, some may have problems and not be able to activate it. To solve it, simply log off then in until the small apt room has only a few players in game. Problems seem to occur the the lobby is full! Have fun agents! See you in the Dark Zone! Let's take back New York!

I just quit out of the game and launched into a new server with less people using the laptop

Since it lets you run through players if you run against them for a few seconds couldn't you pretty much try to sprint into the terminal & then have it bully the people out of your way so you could use the laptop?
