Yes!! I love that weapon. I hope the new update brings back PoE so I can get that weapon. And lord of wolves. Dregs promise's burst must melt through enemies at close range now that bullet travel time has been removed for sidearms

It's still really good in PvP, that and Vestian Dynasty are by far the best sidearms in the game.

I haven't used vestian in a long time. Is it really good?

It has way less recoil than the other sidearms, only bad thing is that its rolls are set. So no Rangefinder, Crowd Control, Reactive Reload etc. But in neutral play without any perks activated it is a laser among sidearms.
