What are the requirements to get this ship? I've only seen one drop so far this IB. I've got two rank five characters. How rare is it?

Mine dropped after the rewards screen, i think i was rank 4 though i don't believe rank means anything for the drop

I got that ship the first time it was available. Now I've seen lots of people with that ship so I'm going back to rocking my faction ships :/

It's a straight RNG drop. I got one at rank 3 on the first IB of year 2.

It's a pretty rare drop. I was lucky and got mine first IB in Y2. I see at least one or two drop every though.
