It's easy if you read the information. Each event can take up to 6 minutes after the timer hits 0 to stsrt, and will only start if someone is in the area when the timer hits 0

This, I didn't read the fine print. My first pass I skipped out at -1. After that I always got an event, Warsat mars and moon done today.
