Who misses Gjallarhorn now?
In my opinion the games is far better without the Gjallahorn in it.
Boss fights have to be worked at and are far more fun. I find myself using a variety of weapons instead of just Fatebringer, Found Verdict/Blackhammer and Gjallahorn.
The game is much more fun without them.
Thoughts?

I used it as long into the story missions as I could but eventually the damage output was just not enough. Gjallarhorn combined with shadowshot and bloodbound makes for a very deadly combination and I am very sad to see it gone. I used it almost exclusively in conjunction with my super. Other rockets with cluster bombs are similarly effective, so I'm not outraged or anything, but I do miss it.

Literally the first time I thought about it was when I went after the black spindle. I was trying it solo and it was impossible.

5 RepliesI use the new gally. Raid rocket with the titan taikonaut helmet. Basically a hunger but with taken burn. It SHREDS enemies or even solar exotic sword

2 RepliesI use mainly machine guns and snipers against bosses, I think bungie did it on purpose, I even quit using rockets in pvp year 2 is the year of the machine gun

Lot of posts in here about year 2 not being a rocket year. I'm curious at what point this year we will see a weekly update where deej interviews some user research guy and it says "we don't see any guardians using rockets anymore so we are rebalancing rocket launchers to do x y and z different" or some such shite. And the cycle shall continue.

Did you know that if you made a pocket universe you could alter some things to what you see fit? We could, but we seem to have problems jumping the fence. Rasputin understood this.

I did the math, and found out that if all your other items are 310, and you put on gjallarhorn, you will be level 296

2 RepliesI dont miss it... it turned Raids into an elitists society of needing to have a maxed out gjallahorn. Now... its a matter of your light level and willingness to communicate. ( I got my Gjallahorn within the first week of Destiny's release and have had it ever since, its not exactly the most impressive weapon to be perfectly honest)
