Bought the Destiny Ghost Edition last year. Decided to go digital since the strange coin isn't quite on the same level as my talking dinklebot.

I always buy the disk. Going forward what's the point? You have to be online the fvcking developer changes it! I believe a class action lawsuit is in order. We are not entitled to new content but why can't I keep playing the old content? It's on the disk. I paid to use it as it came. What gives Bungie the right to render my investment in the game useless? They force me to be online so they can take away anything we enjoy in the current game. This is akin to theft extortion or and if somehow legal definite immoral.

I like having the disc, hell..... I still buy cd's so I can have a disc

1 ReplyIf I have the option, I will always buy physical copies, unless it makes sense to buy the digital (like TTK). I like collectors edition that give cool stuff (steel book cases are awesome, and game paraphernalia is awesome too)
-
Other than the free games I tend to always buy a hard copy of the game because it is still worth something if I no longer want it.
-
Haven't bought a disk since ps4 was released.
-
Some I download, some I get physical copies of.
-
I do. If someone hacks me, ill just take the disk out.
-
Me. Pick up ttk at 10am.
-
I do, ( GameStop stores )
-
I do. Matter of fact, I'm trading my copy of Destiny for $20 towards TTK Legendary Edition.

7 RepliesI'd buy digital all the way but I don't have enough storage space, 500 gigs are almost full
-
Depends on the game. If I know there is little to no replay value I'll get it physical, so I can trade it in when I'm done with it.
-
1 Replyi always buy digital because i dont care about a physical copy and i can get any game I want without leaving home (swag)
-
I have physical destiny copy
-
I like having cases on display, but I wouldn't mind switching over to digital
-
I'm building a digital collection from now on

Edited by Aldon saphir: 9/11/2015 4:22:29 AMnot really... digital copies allow for slightly better space management. plus i wont lose a digital copy of a game

4 RepliesUntil a downloaded version is only $20. I will continue to buy physical games. Plus I like the steelbook cases.
-
2 RepliesI still do and plan on doing it forever.
-
Only for games I plan on trading in directly after finishing :) otherwise noooope!

7 RepliesI prefer physical copies over downloads. I like to think I get more with an actual disc plus it saves space on my console.
