So is there an unforgivable damage difference in PvE? Is my 4th Horseman garbage again? I havn't played 2.0 yet. Tell me plz.

its not worth it anymore with the lack of range and the lack of damage, not to mention the perks dont help it much either, reload is crapola too even with reload gauntlets
