I just tried cancelling PS4 & sadly per playstation user agreement all sales are final. This is a lesson learned. It's not the money, it's more than just that. I'm done.

No it is not. I just contacted the customer support and they handled my cancellation. No company can charge you money for item that is not delivered. BY LAW they have to refund you. The only thing you have to do is contact them via phone or chat on the playstation website.
