Bones of Eao should work for blink
Imagine how cool it would be to double blink + shotgun someone?

If you use blink, you probably need it. It does seem a little unfair that bungie isn't addressing blink user's lack of visible jumping skill and allowing them the extra blink, in line with what the other jumps requiring skill get. However, you are essentially complaining on the forums, and based on bungie's history of bowing to forum complaints, there is now a very good chance that they will capitulate, and change bones of eao to include double blink at some point in the future, so you may have a chance. I hope it eventually works out for you.
