defender bubble sucks on pvp
the defender super, the titan bubble is pretty useless in the crucible. Almost any other super charge can pop it and simply killing the wielder of the bubble will shatter it. blessing of light is useless, getting a little over shield makes pretty much no difference when u agains a skilled player, wepons of light can be useless also, unless deployed at a distance. armor of light is probly the best, but it only lets you camp in the bubble until a person goes in. Im also excluding other supers, because the fact remains that
titan bubble < other supers (Except radiance).
I will leave a link to a video of me taking down a titan bubble without any hassle at all.

1. Radiance is a great pvp super 2. You're a noob 3. Bubble is good for defending control point B 4. Jump up or step out of the bubble when someone runs at it 5. If they just used their super they missed you but destroyed the bubble 6. They don't know where you are 7. Punch them

Well, that may be your opinion. I had some great times with my defender bubble. It is very valuable in control and salvage. Sure, It can be countered, but I often killed the complete enemy team by placing one bubble. You only have to play it well.

I just played with a friend running bubble and he got 3 kills everytime. At one point I FoH 4 guys standing outside the bubble looking at him lol.

Weapons of light makes tlw do 150 damage with a headshot or two body shots to kill The over shield helps when just placing it near a point and walking in and out of it to keep it full

Now seriously as a defender your main job in the game is to assist, distract etc....if you do this rigth you can help a team achieve victory! (Thats why the 4 titans,2 hunters in multiplayer player is op as -blam!- they fallow there roll!) :) Not saying you cant be aggressive as a defender but if you think your bubble is only to benefit yourself you are doing it wrong Ps. This is what I think no harm intented Sorry if bad english second language

I popped a bubble on b and was watching the front door when I started feeling someone tapping my shoulder. I turned around and meleed him across the map.

6 RepliesThe bubble is exactly as effective as other supers. It takes a super to cancel one. So net gain is 0, as we each used our super. Don't stand in your bubble waiting to be killed. Drop it in a door way to close off a shooting lane. As a defender Titan you have suppressor grenades. Use these to cancel other guardian's supers if need be(most effective against hunters and sun singers). Most people don't know that the suppressor grenade will end Blade Dancing Gunslinging or Sun Singing. I also think that if you hit a Defender titan while his bubble his up then his bubble disappears. Not 100% sure though.

Sunsinger with the claws. While in radiance, sunsingers can take out defender in its bubble in armor of light with two melee.

Its either blessing of light or weapons of light. Personally, I always run with weapons of light but blessing of light can be extremely powerfull if used correctly. Edit. Radiance can take out bubble in couple seconds. You did it again. Learn how to use supers first kiddo.

The Titan bubble is more a strategic tool than a "super". If you don't use it with that in mind, you're dead. It's definitely harder to pull off in PvP, which might be why some people like to run Defender over Striker in the Crucible.

It is something that has to be used correctly. Using it wrong will just make it seem inferior. It's like you are saying the correct way to nova bomb is to run into a group of people and suicide bomb them.

You must not have seen the YouTube video where a team of 3 defender Titans and 2 gunslinger hunters were constantly being supercharged and using their supers through out the entire match. Defender Titans are very useful and deadly in PvP, especially when paired with gunslinger hunters
