I know that my favorite gaming company was butt-hurt over their loss with the Microsoft company, but come on? Bungie shouldn't care more for psn fans. Their entire company started on xbox but yet psn gets treated better?? Come on.. Its crap that they get the better benefits. Bungie doesn't have to lie and say "oh we'll bring all this to xbox consoles," when they won't. I'm not mad, just annoyed they're getting treated better. I know others agree.

Can't tell if bait, or if you're just new and don't know any better. First off: Bungie started out making games for Mac. Look how that's going for that fanbase. Secondly: Those of us on Xbox will get content soon enough, likely this fall. Don't get all mad at Bungie, the exclusive deals were made at the will of Activision, and made as crazy as they are because Sony ponied up when the deal was made, hoping to win more people over to PS4 as new consoles launched. Judging by some posts to the forums over the past two years, this marketing ploy has worked, both making people jump ship and unnecessarily riling up Xbox gamers.

Sony paid more. Just how Microsoft pays more for COD, BF, etc.
-
It has nothing to do with fans. Sony simply paid for timed exclusive content.
-
Xbox will get it. Honestly it's bad for both parties, and bungie. Now certain strikes can't be nightfalls and less crucible maps, so it would seem even more repetitive for Xbox players all around. Bad choice if you ask me, and I play on ps4
-
Bungie didn't start on Microsoft..... Plus playstation payed a good sum of money for the exclusives for there community.
-
Xbox is still getting that stuff Just not till later this year so it's whatevs Plus it's only like one raid a strike and a gun or two not much to fret over.
-
Get over it, it is called psn paid for the rights to it and ms did not. So yes psn will get all the stuff and xbox has to wait, the same way ms did with other games like cod to the psn players. Does not matter if you dont like it, does not matter how many agree with you, it is not going to be changed this game at all.
-
I just imagine jimmy from south park writing this... I mean... Come on
-
Cause Microsoft is cheap, PSN payed more and Bungie is greedy
-
Because Microsoft turned down the exclusives, PS payed for them though.
-
Money is the only reason so deal with it
-
2 RespuestasEver heard of money?
-
1 RespuestaPlaystation gamers get the exclusives because Sony bought the rights to the exclusive content. Don't get mad at Bungie or PS gamers, it was microsofts call.
-
8 RespuestasIt's fine. Sony as a company is going down the toilet. Bungie bet on the wrong horse. Xbox will likely see the exclusives first for Destiny 2 if Sony keeps tanking.
-
1 RespuestaOhh boo hoo. Well xbox gets cod exclusivity so we get destiny
-
Call of duty did it to ps user so I just stop buying they stuff xbox user should do the same sooner they stop this crazy shit
-
Xbox = Better servers PS = Better exclusives I chose the exclusives due to my completionist "gotta catch 'em all" mentality
-
Meanwhile us Playstationers don't get Halo at all...

Prior to the release of destiny I was pretty pissed. that being said, 5 months after the release of this game another strike or two and some extra weapons would not have made this game feel any less tedious.
-
Stop complaining. Xbox gets most exclusives early etc. If it bothers you that much jump ship. Otherwise it's something you should easily be able to deal with personally.

2 RespuestasTheir company actually started in Chicago and on macs and pcs with Pathways into Darkness, followed by Marathon, and then Myth, and Myth 2. Halo was originally intended to be a mac exclusive shooter and a little different than what we got. However, Microsoft bought them and we got Halo. Console exclusives typically cost money though which is where a publisher comes in. Publishers are the marketing end of the dev/pub combo responsible for finding clients and platforms for software. This is important to keep in mind when looking at Destiny particularly because after splitting from Microsoft Bungie was highly sought by publishers, Sony in particular made no secret of working with Bungie in some capacity as they had made no secret of never wanting to be owned by a larger company again. For some reason, Bungie settled on working with Activision, one of the largest publishers in the industry. They have a lot of money and are "known" for putting out successful games. In truth they tend to work their devs to the bone, deny them pay, and in one very well documented case, firing their developmental brain trust and having security kick them out. Look up Infinity Wards past as well as why we have Titan Fall. At about the same time all this was going on the Xbox One and Playstation 4 were nearing the end of their respective dev cycles. Building entirely new consoles and the networks necessary costs a lot of money. Both companies sank more money than any of us have ever seen into the development of these systems and their technology. Both of them are still taking a loss on manufacturing them in fact. In spite of that Microsoft sank all their money into a more robust Kinect system to attach to the next version of their console. Tech wise it was it very ambitious, games industry/community wise it was close to suicide. Sony on the other hand bought a few smaller companies and developed a series of sophisticated networks for streaming services. Amid that spending they threw a lot of money at Activision who in turn told Bungie to develop exclusive content for Sony. Standard exclusivity deals last six months, Sony paid for double the length of time. You can be angry and call it annoyed if you like but if you want to call yourself a gamer you'd do well to learn about the industry that feeds your free time.

It's a little thing I like to call money. Runs the world whether you agree or not
-
Because you got halo as an exclusive (doesn't really count because we have more exclusives, but Halo is one of a kind) and your CoD DLC came first (I don't like CoD but it's a reason) why shouldn't we get some early stuff? Plus it's not Bungie's fault, Sony paid the bigger price.

They are gonna bring it to Xbox in fall 2015.
