Have you gotten a faction-exclusive shader yet?
Have you received a faction-exclusive shader from New Monarchy/FWC/Dead Orbit? If so, what level were you when you recieved it?
Personally I'm lvl16 New Monarchy, still no shader ; w ;
Edit: Level 20, still no shader. *Weeps*

...FWC got babylon LvL 20something(LvL 30now) NM got thimiesto LvL 20something as well (LvL 32now) DO-LvL 43 no ship or shader....DO is broken....

Hanged Man turned up at lvl 16 Dead Orbit, working through FWC now.

I got Amalthea at 15, no shaders since then. Currently at 20 or 21

Level 16 new monarchy and I got amalthea like 2 levels ago. Hoping to get nefertiti AK Also started leveling DO on my titan and at Lvl 4 on FWC with my lock so hopefully I get a different shader soon
