No I think you actually hold that title by comparing the fact that your console got shut down for so long with the fact that I use batteries in a pad , not even remotely in the same ball park . Mind you if Sony employ ppl who are the same age as their players there's no wonder a load of 12 year olds couldn't get you back up and running over Xmas ....

Both networks were hacked and down for the same amount of time depending on which area you live in. I took the day off on Christmas to spend time with family, like most people did, so it did not effect me whatsoever. In fact, I have been able to play every single day I have wanted to since launch, no issues whatsoever. Now let's talk about Xbox One using a battery technology that was invented 60+ years ago, when they could have easily incorporated a lithium ion battery.... why... because even-though Microsoft is one of the most successful brands in the world they are still -blam!-ing CHEAP!!!!! Why do you need to buy extra batteries but still have to pay the same for your controller?? Because Microsoft sucks that's why.
