Sure, hunters deserve their trick too.
But man, some of OP's suggestions are just too powerful. If those would be put in game, there would be crap storm in forums for as long as other classes would get their equivalents..

I'm not saying these suggestions are the best but I would like something like less arcing on the throw or maybe slow down the target for a few seconds
