theory on xûr
I think that RNG resets each week and the gun xûr will sell has a high drop rate. Since xûr is RNG they might be hooked to the same generator. The week he sold the icebreaker I saw that a lot of people posted they got it from the nightfall etc. so this week he will sell whatever has dropped the most

Actually i think youre right because the week before he sold it i got icebreaker from a vog chest but also on that same week i got 2 gjhallorhns one from nightfall and the second one from crota
