I put up a topic a couple weeks ago with my suggestion for exotic gloves. Basically the following: First perk: Gain additional throwing knife. would allow for chain of woe and 2 throwing knives to be active at the same time. Second Perk: increased precision damage with throwing knife. To the point of only being a one shot kill if you had the flaming knife on in PvP. This wouldn't allow Hunter to run around with the precision hit getting you knife back and ruining crucible. Of course it would also be strength based.
