Why does the hunter have no exotic for knives?
So I thoroughly enjoy throwing knives, and I can easily land 8-15 precision knives in a row with them. What shocks me is that there's no exotic gauntlet that makes knife throwing more enjoyable. Even if the perks were;
1) gain an additional throwing knife. This would not stack to 3, but simply let you use one of the other perks in the skill tree. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to have 3 but I don't see bungie allowing it.
2) knife throwing speed doubled. The time between throwing a knife, and then throwing another is too slow. Lines of thralls move too fast and I can only kill 3-4 before they reach me while I'm back peddling.
3) precision knife kills cause targets to explode.
4) and if they were generous, doubling the burn time on the incendiary knife perk.
Where are my gunslinger hunter friends? I'm curious to hear what other knife users would want on an exotic that deals with knives :D
Edit: I too share the sadness of no warlock boots, my warlock is my primary :(

All of those sound fun...really none of the Hunter exotics add perks to free up a space in the perk tree...unlike Titans. Also about Warlock exotic boots...well, you can't really see the boots with most robes, albeit, it is quite annoying that they must get raid boots to be 32.

Such a perfect idea. I've always thought about knife perks cause I love my throwing knives so much. Double Speed sounds the best.

Because I would want an exotic palm.... and have a slap animation.

Throwing knife roots enemies to the ground for short time and renders them unable to attack (kind of like when you throw a nade perfectly under an enemies' feet). Oh, I'm being charged by a sword knight/praetorian? Shwink! Not anymore.

I got a couple more. Who needs guns: Replace ammo reserves with knives. Guns can only hold ammo that fits in a single clip but have unlimited knives. Precision expert: Knives do double precision damage, but non precision damage reduced to 0.

It would have to be a pretty good skill to be on par with Acliophage Symbiote. Explosions on prec kills would be nice for PVE An increased burn would be great for PVP It would be cool if a pair of gloves let you throw fast shurikens that stunned or blinded an enemy for a moment

1 RespuestaNinja gloves! Instead of one knife you rapidly throw 3 shurikens (i couldnt remember how to spell it) that do a little less damage, but can be very effective if all three hit the target.

Able to through knives through enemies with headshot. Imagine getting 4 thrall in the head with one knife throw.

Warlocks have an extra helmet or chest exotic as compared to the other two that's why they don't have boots
