Question about Warlocks (need help on something)
can ANYONE tell me what armor that is? because I have no idea, and it looks pretty cool so I want it if its in the game

Like an earlier posted noted, the basic chest armor design is Nemesis Plane/Chroma Vow. But its some variant of that based upon the chest insignia (e.g. Iron Regalia Vestments is a variation). The helmet is part of the Locus Watcher line.
