Get rid of Xur!!! ...and add more content...
Bungie, Xur is an MMO breaker. The point of the exotics is to be super rare. Just about everyone already has every exotic because Xur sells stuff every single weekend. When people have everything there's not really much point to continue playing this game, which leads to my next point... This game needs more content, and not stuff we should pay $20 for when the game didn't feel close to complete to begin with. I've been stoked about Destiny since announcement... But I'm getting g tired of it, and not just because I've got over 600 hours logged. You kinda screwed the loyal players with TDB... Is that gonna happen again with House of Wolves? Probably... That's why I'm getting so bored with it. I can do the nightfalls and weeklies in a little over an hour, you made VofG (the absolute most fun activity in the game) obsolete, and the raid armor will probably stay the same when the next DLC comes out while vanguard gets buffed. So why continue to play at all...?
But you can still fix this! And I will still more than happily play! Maybe bring a newer, rarer than exotic set to the game that Xur can't sell... And give us some content... Please don't pull one of the stranger's lines: "I don't even have time to explain why I don't have time to explain..." Or the speaker's line, "I could tell you of this, I could tell you of that..." Please turn Destiny into the game you promised us.

18 RespuestasThis whole "weapon diversity" complaint is just a veiled "snowflake" complaint. There's no reason why you should be comparing your character to other characters, and people who don't like xur don't like others being on their "level", and it's really pathetic. Focus on yourself instead of being concerned about being better than others. It's a cooperative game. You'll enjoy yourself more.

16 RespuestasIf you look up the word exotic.. 3/4 definitions are synonymous with "foreign" or non- native to where the object in question is found. The 4th merely says unusual. Nowhere does it mean rare or precious. If the friggin postmaster handed out ghorns to all 12 million of us tomorrow it would still be exotic due to its legendary status and abilities, not its obscurity.

XUR HAS TO BALANCE OUT THE GARBAGE RNG THIS GAME USES TO "KEEP" PEOPLE "INTERESTED". HOW CAN YOU NOT GRASP THIS SIMPLE CONCEPT! IF XUR WAS NOT IN THE GAME, THIS GAME WOULD BE A STEAMING PILE OF DOG SHIT! I can't believe how many stupid ass posts I see daily on this shit. Xur sold icebreaker last week and 1 million people bought from him out of 12 million. That's not even close to all of them and the way the loot system is maybe double that have obtained it from rng. That is just one of the guns everybody was creaming over if that many people bought it which isn't a lot then obviously not everyone has it.

8 RespuestasIn 380 hours and change currently logged, a total of zero exotics were dropped by RNG. Your proposed removal of Xur would seperate players like me from being up to date for raiding; I see plenty of posts about players being kicked because they lack a GHorn for example.

Ok the RNG is rubbish we all know that and I think ( rightly or wrongly) that xur is in the game as a slight counterbalance to the broken award system so until they implement a better one xur will have to stay

1 RespuestaYes I wish every time you completeded the nightfall you were guaranteed an exotic bounty and exotics could only be obtained by doing the bountys and that there was a unique challenging bounty for every exotic

2 RespuestasYou misunderstand the point of exotics. They're not designed to be super rare, they're designed to be situationally very useful. And yeah, not everyone is necessairly supposed to have every one of them right away, but it shouldn't be game breaking if everyone does.
