Vex Mythoclast and the Crucible
Vex Mythoclast is incredible overpowered in crucible, only the ones who use it do not agree, it is like having a Heavy Ammo all the time its near competitive as Machineguns so it obviously need a nerf in pvp-

2 RespuestasI realize how hard it is 2 get you have to beat atheon on hard which is hard enough but it's also a random drop I got it after my tenth try and that is the lesser amounts of completions some have done over 50 times and still haven't got yet it should be a beast in both crucible and pvp if u don't think it's hard to get because u got it your first try u should fell lucky to even get it

1 RespuestaI think the eyes should be on hand cannons. I love them but I don't think anything in this game should be two shot kills. Snipers excluded of course. Two shots from an exotic hand cannon to the head is usually a kill. Hawkmoon can be a one shot if your lucky enough. What do you guys think? Am I over thinking the hand cannons or should they be balanced differently?

17 RespuestasHere is the reality you aren't considering. Due to the way the vex is acquired (hard raid), only the top of the top players have been able to get it. So it's not so much the gun, but the people are better. Those vex players are at the top of the pyramid typically (obviously lots of exceptions.. but in general I belive this to be true)

You have a Thorn. That gun as also very good. If you can't win gunfights with that thing, then idk what to tell you.

I have vex but don't use it because I don't like it. Suros is the same, aimed in it can sometimes out damage a vex purely by ROF

6 RespuestasThe Last Word, Thorn & Hawkmoon. All of them are better than the vex. If you're having trouble dealing with a vex then either put some distance between you because they suck at range, or rush them with a shotgun. Now put on your big boy panties and get back in there.

1 RespuestaYou have a KDA on your hunter of 4.43 and you're complaining about a weapon you claim is too strong. Maybe it's not the Mythoclast but rather your Thorn that's too strong?

5 RespuestasHow I beat Vex Mythoclast players: Use any gun (hand cannons are my preference). Shoot the Vex Mythoclast wielder in the head repeatedly. Wait for complaints that hand cannons are too OP.

1 RespuestaI've found a gun I'm better at crucible with than the vex. The beast that is hawkmoon. It goes like this: shoot, dodge pussy fusion rifle shot because you can see it coming from a mile away, shoot, shoot, kill.

I rarely use the vex anymore. At first I thought it was great but there are so many better weaps out there for crucible.

The velocity of the vex bullet sucks balls, you really have to get used to it.

Thorn kicks the vex ass !! I have 3 vex and use it all the time in pvp. But when I had my thorn 300 I killed vexers. I'm working on getting my thorn 331 now.

I've only had a Vex for about a week now - yes, did much better in Iron Banner in the few games I've played, but it is not completely unstoppable - Thorn is right up there with it, and I'm sure there are others (I'm not much of a PvP guy). Yes, you can only get it from PvE, BUT, if you use that gun you would clearly see it was meant for PvP. It has upsides & downsides like most everything else. No Nerfs. On anything. Ever. #NoNerf
