Give the guy a break, yeah he's new but asking a simple question and has only done one raid. It's a hard mode vault of glass drop from the Templar. I did 15 hard mode raids before it dropped for me. If you are lucky enough to get one you will love it and use it all the time unless you get Thorn or Hawkmoon to replace it. I am one of the few in my clan that has been able to get it to drop and everyone wants it.
