I got one from my first hard raid Templar kill and as much as some of my team want it every time we run it I'm the only one who constantly has it drop

I got it my 2nd run but I get it every single time after that lol

It's ridiculous isn't it I'd prefer for my teammates to get it who actually need It than to keep having it drop when I already have it
