has anyone killed a gorgon?

Edit: wow thanks guys. I had no idea this many people had tried it. My first time doing the raid I asked if we could kill them. Only a few of us had our supers and some people didn't want to waste ammo, so we only got it about half way down.

I think you can only kill 3 or 4 they become immune to all damages

Yes. A bunch of us fired our rockets all at once at one of the buggers. It did die, but then so did we shortly after his friends came by.

3 RespuestasWe had a team of 5 gjallarhorns running vog on hard last weekend and took down 8 gorgons back to back. Then went on to kill atheon in one portal run with everyone having heavy ammo to spare. Video saved in my clips!

Killed 1. We all Gjallahorned it quickly. I do not think it is possible to kill a second one. They go into Impervious mode after the first one is dead.

The key is you have to strike first. If they see you first their shields go up and it's near impossible (but still possible) to kill one. The best way is to pick one (usually we go for the one that you have to let pass when going to the right gorgon chest). Get everyone ready with rockets and grenades and have one guy shoot it, you need surprise attack, then let everyone unload on it.

Yep you get a 15 point Grimoire card for it. Did it with a four man fireteam, two Gjallarhorns and two LMGs, I think a zombie apocalypse and corrective measure.
