This weapon reloads instantly after a melee kill.

No. People are voting for this because they suck at figuring out the weapon/ability variation and adapting in order to win. So they want a crutch that can hold them up even better than Regime, Icebreaker, and Gjallarhorn. If Bungie listens to this stupid ass suggestion, I'd just stop playing the game entirely.
