The Halo Battle Rifle should return as an Exotic Pulse Rifle

This gun has bonus accuracy while firing from the hip. No accuracy penalty when firing while jumping.

[b]Perfect Balance
Rangefinder
Headseeker
[/b]
[b]Special Perk: BXR[/b] (credit to OO629)
This weapon reloads instantly after a melee kill.
Of course, the gun wouldn't be complete without the firing sound from Halo 3.

Literally the greatest post ever, I opened the thread with an expectation to find a stupidly Overpowered gun and a silly perk tree. But I was wonderfully surprised to see a balanced weapon and what looks like a decent pulse rifle. Bump
