What was you hoping for a gjallahorn? Like its a gift which bungie didn't have to do. You gotta think of all the Christmas noobs and how excited they got when they received a free legendary weapon. Acting as if your entitled to every exotic in the game as a gift from bungie. Shit man.

the OP never said anything about wanting an exotic. i think hes referring to to point where this gift was obviously geared to the new people. they could have given us a sparrow, ghost skin or a ship but decided to give the majority of us something useless to benefit the few who may actually need it. i am neither complaining about it or am i being thankful my gift was a pulse rifle that barely saw the light before it got dismantled. its like trying to give bill gates a hundred dollars and he looks at you and says what the hell am i supposed to do with that? i got no room for that trash with all the thousand dollar bills in my wallet. it just didnt matter to most

Lol honestly I would have preferred a simple thing like a Christmas tree in the tower. A random crappy weapon based off RNG was lazy and crappy.

This 100%!! GTA got snow dammit! Hell pumpkin heads were at least amusing! I was hoping for at least a Christmas shader so I could make my Titan look like santa

To an experienced player of this game yes but it was more for the new comers as a little boost to catch up with the rest of us
