Wife's and girlfriends
So I was just wondering,for those who are married or live with their girlfriend and what not,how often do they let u play destiny or any other type of game?. My misses hates me playing Xbox and I can only get away with maybe 2-3 nights a week. What about you guys?
Edit: just so everyone know I DO have a separate tv in the front room to play on.
Edit 2: loving the replies. And the excuses all the blokes are coming up with about how's its their manly right to play. Keep them coming.
Edit 3: wow over 500 replies cheers guys. Its interesting to hear how all of you fellow guardians live too.

So my wife was never really a fan of video games. Never has been. Not only is she not interested in them, she finds all the sounds obnoxious. So she got me a pair of gaming headphones. And since she doesn't want to waste time together with me on the couch playing while she twiddles her thumbs, I generally play at night when she goes to bed. She gets up early every morning (she's a teacher), so she's to bed by about 9. I use my headphones and get on after that, and play until whenever. That way, I play about every night per week, between 3-5 hours. More on weekend nights. That's the best way we've solved the issue. She also has realized that it's a real hobby of mine and has made me happy, so she's happy about that.

I get off work at 5, she doesn't get off until 10-11, so I play destiny as soon as soon I get home and then 10 minutes before she gets home I jump up and clean and act like I wasn't playing video games. Then we watch something on Netflix and hang out, and then she goes to bed and gives me "my only time to play".

My boyfriend and I both play, but I play a lot more than he does. He kind of hates it.

2 RespuestasMine doesn't mind at all. She prefers it to me going out. She "knows where I am" lol. Plus she sits and reads those awful magazines, updates Facebook a million times or just sits surfing the net. So everyone's happy. Perfect bird

I got my wife into gaming a couple of years back. Due to Destiny not being split screen, we only play CoD together now. I play most nights to be honest as she watches, paints or plays games on her iphone.

My wife doesn't care how long I play as long as I change diapers n fill sippy cups n what not. What she doesn't know is I've been training them to change each other's diapers n they both get their own drinks/food (thank you Capri sun n pirate's booty mini bags!)... I just moved everything within their reach n scold them IF they make a mess n I usually clean up. But with the new one on the way, I'll probably be too tired from midnight dipe changing n bottle feeding to even touch my ps4.

My girlfriend of 5 years let's me play anytime I want, as long as I want. We do live together. The most exciting part is that she just bought her own Xbox One and Destiny. Till death do us part!

I swear my wife would break the disc if she wasn't afraid I'd divorce her for it. If she's home I ain't playing period. Which sucks but she comes first...if ya know what if mean

When the kids are asleep and the wife is home I play upstairs. Not every night, en no more then 2 or 2 1/2 hours. Except for tuesdays, then I get away with 3 to 3 1/2 hours.

My wife didn't like but she knows I do so she doesn't complain to much unless I'm on for a few nights in a row, as long as I break it up she's ok with it. When I first got Destiny it was every night, she hated it lol

she tends to let me play as much as i want cause she does the same iv recently gotten her into playing dragons age and so she plays for a couple hours when i leave for work at night and then she playes when she wakes up while im asleep till i wake up today i slept in till 4 so she could play a lottle longer cause i could tell she didnt want to turn it off yet

I got lucky, I work 2nd shift and woman works 3rd so I can play after work pretty much every night

My friend's wife plays with him on a separate Xbox one. I did the nightfall with them and she got gjallarhorn. What a great marriage.
